Summary
Spire is seeking a Lead, Collective Bargaining to work in our (downtown) Birmingham, AL HR Department. This position's primary responsibilities will be developing and maintaining relationships with Union leadership from three Alabama locals, while ensuring compliance with the respective Collective Bargaining Agreements.
