Job Summary This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day handling of releasing records information and file maintenance in compliance with both federal/state regulations and HIPAA standards. Assignments/tasks are expected to be executed with considerable independence and maintain compliance with established facility policies and procedures, contract requirements, organization bylaws, and federal and state regulations/laws. Role Requirements * Associate's degree in related field and four (4) years of experience in any of the following areas: Data Entry Operation, Records, Business Administration, Contracts, Compliance, or Paralegal Studies.
