THE JOB: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patrons, verify their credentials, and assist them with checking in for their stay. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. THE STARTING RATE:$18.10 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greetguests as they arrive, making them feel part of the MGM Resorts family. Anticipatetheir needs and address any concerns promptly, following the S.H.O.W. Service Basics. Manageearly and late arrivals and departures seamlessly. Handlewalk-ins and ensure smooth guest room check-ins and check-outs. PromoteMGM Rewards enrollment and benefits to enhance guest loyalty. Partnerwith Housekeeping and related departments to meet guest expectations. Issueroom keys securely. Prioritizeguest security, privacy, and confidentiality throughout their stay. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Possesses a High School Diploma or GED. Has at least 1 year of experience in hotel operations as a front desk agent, concierge, or other related role. Pays attention to small details and avoids mistakes. Skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information. THE SCHEDULE: Overnight shift: 11:00 PM - 7:45 AM Days off: Monday/Tuesday Must also be available to work weekends and holidays.
