Trinity University's ElizabethRhea Health Services seeks an experienced, patientcentered Nurse Practitioner to provide highquality primary and urgent care to our diverse community of students, faculty, and staff. What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive clinical care. Conduct histories and physicals; order, perform, and interpret diagnostics; prescribe medication; and complete minor procedures such as I&D, suturing, wound care, and toenail avulsion as needed.

Ensure meticulous documentation. Maintain electronic health records and review laboratory results daily to support continuity of care.

Lead with bestpractice standards. Implement clinical protocols in coordination with the Director of Counseling, Health & Wellness and serve as Health Services' Privacy Officer to uphold HIPAA compliance.

Partner across campus. Collaborate with counseling, wellness, and emergencyresponse teams to provide integrated services and professional leadership during urgent situations.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Master's degree (or higher) as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.

  • Licensure/Certification: National NP certification, active RN/CNP license in Texas, and current CPR/BLS certification.

  • Experience: Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience (urgent care, primary care, or internal medicine). Four or more years and/or collegehealth leadership experience preferred.

  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, EHR proficiency, ability to work independently while fostering a welcoming, culturally sensitive environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

The role requires mobility across campus, adherence to universal precautions, and the ability to lift or carry up to50lbs. Occasional evening or weekend activities may be necessary.
