About the role/team: The Manager, Chevron Field Sales role leads sales efforts for the designated oil brand portfolio by effectively managing a team of field-based Regional Sales Managers (RSMs). The sales manager is responsible for leading the efforts of seasoned and new RSMs who work with targeted fleets to earn their business on a WEX co-branded fuel card. The ideal candidate is self-driven and has demonstrated an ability to coach and mentor a direct sales team, and achieve strong and consistent results. Supervisory Responsibilities 5-10 direct reports spread throughout the country Travel Responsibilities Air Travel/ Overnight Travel: 50-75% Base Salary: $93,000-$123,000 + Uncapped OTE The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
