Northside Hospital is seeking a System Coordinator, Clinical Career Development to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to create, manage, and improve clinical development programs across the hospital system. You will work closely with clinical departments to design programs that enhance career development for our clinical staff.

Typical schedule: Hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days onsite in Atlanta.

In addition, this position requires an individual who possess the skills required to:

  • Develop detailed clinical program plans to include assignment of tasks, timelines, resources, status and oversight of clinical program development.
  • Build relationships with clinical departments to implement system-wide clinical programs.
  • Analyze, develop, and report recommendations to monitor and enhance clinical programs
  1. Maintains Current Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, healthcare operations, healthcare clinical quality, clinical process improvement, clinical education, clinical operations improvement, healthcare consulting, or health services research.
  3. Master's Degree in Nursing OR
  4. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a Master's Degree in Education, Public Health, Healthcare or Business Administration
  5. Previous experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

PREFERRED:

  1. 10 or more years of experience in nursing, healthcare operations, healthcare clinical quality, clinical process improvement, clinical education, clinical operations improvement, healthcare consulting, or health services research.
  2. DNP/PHD in Nursing, Master's in Public Health, Healthcare or Business Administration
  3. Certified in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC)
  4. Effective analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent.
