Sales Operations Specialist

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for optimizing sales operations? We are seeking a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and a desire to contribute to the growth of our organization to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the success of our Sales, Customer Service, and E-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment: Manage organizational data and processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals, driving growth in customer accounts.

Account Management: Own the order management process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely provision of required data and updates to meet customer needs.

Quotation Management: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to complete quotations, both product and freight, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational goals.

Pricing Strategies: Implement organizational pricing strategies, overseeing data review and upload in the company ERP system. Own the process of tracking notifications and other required documents.

Merchandising Collaboration: Work closely with the Merchandizing teams to ensure accurate product listings. Update tools and systems, including price lists, bonus lists, exclusive lists, etc.

Project Management: Manage key projects, such as promotional activities, pricing updates, and cost reductions, ensuring successful implementation of project goals.

Data Management: Create and distribute sales reports and data, catering to both internal and customer-specific reporting needs.

Change Management: Coordinate product change requests, internally or externally generated, ensuring successful change management.

Contractual Adherence: Ensure adherence to customer requirements as per contractual obligations, including pricing notification timelines, product change requests, freight routing, and other agreement-specific obligations.

Recovery Schedule: Collaborate with operations and customer service to identify and communicate recovery schedules for past due items.

Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or account management experience and/or early childhood industry experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • High energy with a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining required records and reports.
