THE JOB:

As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding integrity and compliance with gaming regulations while contributing to a culture of accountability and accuracy.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage with regulators by responding to inquiries, addressing violations or warnings, and ensuring timely communication on compliance matters

• Review and respond to patron disputes with fairness and accuracy, upholding our commitment to exceptional guest service

• Partner with the Special Events team to review and approve promotion submissions and official rules for exciting events

• Conduct weekly Title 31 and Title 26 audits, ensuring new hires are trained within the required 14-day window

• Perform quarterly TIPS training audits and monitor compliance with alcohol service regulations

• Prepare and submit preliminary compliance reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

• Follow up on actionable items from Internal Audit Reports, driving solutions and process improvements

• Review and submit rules of the games for table games, ensuring regulatory approval and operational consistency

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A dynamic professional with a background in auditing, compliance, or risk management, within the gaming or hospitality industry who thrives on tackling challenges head-on

• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a demanding environment

• Is familiar with Michigan gaming regulations or a strong drive to master them

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills to work seamlessly with regulators, internal teams, and external stakeholders

• Has a passion for precision and integrity in every aspect of their work
