The Executive Director of Business Development will be a strategic business partner responsible for leading sales efforts toward developing and expanding new business opportunities within our biotech segment while leveraging and maintaining existing business. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Directors responsible for growing and maintaining strategic accounts while supporting the development of operational solutions that deliver on our clients' commercial strategy. This position steers the overall growth initiatives, securing key strategic partnerships, and driving substantial revenue growth. Success in this role is measured by the ability to lead a high-performing team, achieve significant sales and market expansion targets, and contribute to the company's leadership position in the industry.
