THE JOB:

Bring your passion for baking to life at Rivea, a French and Italian-inspired dining destination by Chef Alain Ducasse at W Las Vegas. As a Baker, you will create artisanal breads, decadent desserts, and exquisite plated presentations that delight our guests. From mastering doughs to tempering chocolate, your craft will play a vital role in delivering unforgettable culinary experiences.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $23.0911

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, following recipes and yield guides to ensure consistent quality.
• Craft and decorate desserts, including plated presentations, sauces, and confectionery items.
• Bake and maintain bread production, ensuring a variety of artisanal offerings.
• Handle and temper chocolate for confectionery creations and decorative elements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
