THE JOB:

Step into the vibrant kitchen of Rivea at W Las Vegas, where French and Italian-inspired culinary artistry meets breathtaking views. As a Master Cook, you will oversee your assigned station, ensuring excellence in preparation, flavor, and presentation. Your dedication to honing your craft and adapting to the fast-paced kitchen environment will help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE:$26.1013 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and cook dishes following methods outlined by the Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Sous Chef.
• Set up and maintain your workstation based on established pars, ensuring efficiency during service.
• Evaluate cooked food for quality, flavor, and presentation before service.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring proper storage and temperature control of ingredients.
• Lead and manage your station, communicating effectively with the Chef and culinary team to address any needs or concerns.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekend and holidays.
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience.
