Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. * Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient setting. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards. * Offer crisis intervention and support as needed. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Required: Active licensure as an LPC or LCSW. * Master's degree in human services or a related field. * At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults experiencing mental illness. * Comprehensive knowledge of recovery principles and recovery-focused service systems. * Possession of a valid Louisiana Driver's License and compliance with all necessary state and federal clearances.
