We're looking for aDirector, HR Portfolioto join Procore's People Operations team. In this role, you'll drive our people strategy and oversee the execution of key initiatives designed to unlock the potential of our people and support our company's goals. This role blends strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional HR programs and operational excellence. As aDirector, HR Portfolio, you'll partner with the People leadership team and senior executives to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. Use your critical thinking, project management expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver measurable impact through strategic planning, portfolio management, and operational effectiveness. Base Pay Range $180,600 - $248,325. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
