We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the commercial and industrial HVAC market. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn. No industry experience needed, we'll provide the training and support to help you grow into a trusted, long-term partner for our clients. As a Sales Representative, you will identify and secure new clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing ones. You'll conduct on-site visits, make calls, and follow up on leads from our service and installation teams to build a strong pipeline. By assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and recommending service contract solutions, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable HVAC/R solutions to our customers. Your efforts don't stop at the sale, you'll ensure a seamless handoff to our operations team, monitor contracts, and proactively support renewals to keep clients satisfied.
