The Facilities Infrastructure Project Engineer is responsible for the coordination, installation and replacement of building infrastructure systems and equipment. This position is also accountable to manage small scale renovations and space modifications. This position provides technical expertise for building infrastructure systems and identifies opportunities to maintain and improve the reliability of existing facilities infrastructure systems. Working under limited supervision, this role is responsible for analyzing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, heat transfer, refrigeration, electrical distribution systems, medium voltage electrical transmission, and building automation systems. Prepares engineering recommendations for equipment upgrades, adjustments, and replacements.
