General Position Description

The HR Generalist provides full-cycle HR support, focusing on strategic and hands-on roles to enhance our people initiatives and HR processes. This hands-on position is a great opportunity to become a part of a growing company. The role is based in our Orlando, FL Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Constantly and proactively works to achieve the company's vision and goals through implementation of its HR policies and procedures.
• Promotes and encourages a safety-conscious attitude.
• Assists with the recruitment process, including tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters.
• Supports the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including training of new hires and completing/filing applicable paperwork.
• Assists with performance reviews, employee transfers, and employee relocations.
• Assists with benefits administration, open enrollment, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and reporting.
• Enters and tracks employee information in the enterprise resource planning tool (COINS) with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Participates in project kickoff meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintains accurate HR records and documentation utilizing HRIS and various Learning Management Systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience with a construction firm.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• PHR certification (or currently pursuing) desired.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and cost conscious.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Teams.
