About the Role As a Corporate Clinical Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping nursing excellence across the organization. Acting as an educator, facilitator, consultant, and change agent, you'll empower our nurses and clinical staff with the skills, knowledge, and leadership they need to deliver top-tier care. From assessing learning needs and developing competency programs to leading workshops and coaching teams-you're the go-to expert and mentor. You'll collaborate closely with unit leaders and influence a culture of professional growth and lifelong learning across diverse clinical environments. What You'll Do Develop and implement dynamic education programs based on identified learning needs Conduct clinical skill assessments, continuing education, and leadership development initiatives Facilitate team-building and professional development across departments Support quality improvement through education and consultation Act as a role model for excellence in patient care and nursing professionalism What You Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program Master's degree in Nursing, Adult Education, or a relevant specialty Active Registered Nurse license (Missouri) BCLS certification (must be maintained) 5-7 years of clinical experience in an area of specialty Strong technical literacy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills Skilled in facilitation and adult education Preferred (But Not Required) RN Specialty Certification (Education or area of specialty) Behavioral health experience Recent experience teaching adult learners ACLS, BCLS, or Instructor certifications Familiarity with audiovisual equipment Why Join University Health?
