How you will contribute: As a Design Project Coordinator (Part-Time), you will provide administrative support to our Design, Project, and Sales Teams by utilizing a variety of computer programs and assisting with a variety of tasks. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and an assertive but professional personality to obtain information when required. This is an exciting, part-time opportunity to be very instrumental in the successful execution of our National Fire Protection division. What you need to qualify: Ideal candidate should bring to Ahern a completed Associate's degree in an administrative program and/or three to five years of administrative support type experience, preferably within the constructionindustry.Those who will excel in this role will have excellent customer service skills; strong attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment;a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once; and enjoy working in a role with a wide variety of tasks.
