Key Details:



  • Compensation: $22.00 - $25.50/hour, plus annual bonus. Base salary will be based upon education, professional certifications, and previous work experience.

Job Summary:

Acts as initial contact for all internal and external customer technical support required for computer workstation hardware and software, telephone, network, operating system, printing, Internet access, or other technical problems.



  • Basic hardware and software installation, configuration and support.
  • Sets up printers and drivers.
  • Can adequately use remote management software to do basic troubleshooting tasks with remote users.
  • Basic Active Directory management.
  • Basic MS Teams administration.
  • Video conferencing support.
  • Can provide basic support of Android and Apple phones, tablets/iPads, Desk phones and other.
  • Provides basic support for business apps - Email, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Accurately responds to, tracks, updates and closes tickets, including making notes on all tickets.
  • Direct tickets needing additional resources to the appropriate person or department as needed.
  • Consistently communicates with team members and supervisor on daily activities, ticket status, and other IT activities.
  • After hours support.

Job Requirements

Requirements:



  • High school education is required (diploma or GED).


  • We prefer a minimum of one (1) years' of IT experience in the areas described or equivalent education.


  • Preference given to candidates with CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Record of exceptional customer support.
  • Good problem solving / analysis.
  • Strong technical capacity with working knowledge of MS Office suite, Windows OS, and video conferencing solution.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling information and documentation.
  • Be detail oriented in all transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to operate most standard office equipment and mobile devices.



After an offer of employment is made, the candidate must successfully pass a pre- employment background check, drug screening, and a DMV records check that meets WEST's minimum criteria to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of the company. A valid driver's license will be required.
