Summary: The Operations Manager oversees the overall manufacturing process to ensure optimized production. This role supports the initiatives of the Plant Manager and operates as the immediate resource in the management structure of the bakery. The over-arching expectation is to create synergy between all departments to create an environment of excellence and progression. Role & Responsibilities: * Ensure all operational information is communicated to the leadership team timely and within scope. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Requirements & Physical Demands * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * Must be capable of lifting or maneuvering up to sixty pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
