Rantec Microwave Systems has an immediate opening for an experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam software. The ideal candidate will play a key role in programming and optimizing CNC machine programs for the production of high-quality microwave components. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and modify CNC programs using the latest version of Mastercam software. Select appropriate tools, cutting paths, speeds and feed to maximize efficiency and quality. Collaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Run set up piece and make any necessary adjustments to the program to ensure optimal performance and compliant hardware. Maintain and update program and tooling library. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical documents and specifications. Familiarity with Haas and Fadal CNC Machines. Detail oriented with commitment to producing high quality work. Must have own tools. EXPERIENCE: Must have 5 years of CNC Programming experience. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with proficiency in Mastercam software. The ability to obtain a Security Clearance will be required to perform duties associated with this position.
