QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience as a Site Representative and/or a minimum of 1 year demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area
- Directly-related equipment operation experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of related equipment
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google suite preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay rate for this position starts at $18.50hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. CSA TS Client Services About the Role: Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include mail services, reprographics services, and tax processing.
- Provide the highest level of prompt and friendly customer service
- Provide troubleshooting guidance to clients experiencing issues with our products or services, diagnosing problems and guiding them through resolution steps
- ?Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Establish operating procedures and quality standards
- Perform necessary adjustments as outlined in the operators' manuals for equipment setup; Follow start-up, shutdown, and clean-up procedures
- Monitor operations and make mechanical adjustments as needed, to ensure proper quality output
- Capacity to handle a heavy volume of print production, tax processing, and the ability to meet important deadlines
- Availability for overtime, including weekends, during busy seasons to accommodate client needs and support team coverage
- Lifting heavy boxes when needed
- Take directions from supervisor or site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- Provide backfill as needed
