Job Details: About Us Develops integrated master schedules for large, complex engineering and manufacturing programs. Acts as a key member of the Program Management team. Performs a variety of schedule analysis including but not limited to variance and Critical Path analysis. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents in the position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. This is a hybrid job with 3 days on-site weekly #LI-hybrid Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
A four-year college degree, or equivalent, in business administration or finance or related discipline; plus a minimum of five years' experience in a scheduling and finance environment. Must be a US citizen, eligible to work in a DoD cleared facility. Prior working knowledge of CPM, PERT, Gantt, and line-of balance scheduling techniques. Must have prior earned value concept knowledge and CSSR (cost schedule status report) development and reporting experience. Must have working knowledge in variety of software packages, including Excel, Word, Primavera (P6). Required logical thought processes. Must possess good interpersonal skills (communication, facilitation, and teamwork).
