JOB SUMMARY |
Responsible for the service and installation of Ansul fire systems, within a kitchen setting.
|
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in the service and installation of Ansul fire systems within a kitchen setting.
|
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES |
- Must have safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements and vehicle capable of transporting extinguishers.
- Competent computer skills in the use of technology, including IPAD.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with hand tools (pipe wrenches, channel locks, screw drivers) and pipe cutting and threading machine.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- State certification in the service and installation of Ansul systems or ability to obtain state certification.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Cut pipe, install detection systems, perform repairs and modifications, read plans, and perform final inspections with the authority having final jurisdiction (Example: Fire Department).
- Perform tests to ensure systems are in proper working order.
- This position is required to drive.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
