Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator for Our Wisconsin is an integral member of the Office of Inclusion Education and is primarily responsible for the development, deployment, and management of the online Our Wisconsin experience for students. All incoming first-year and transfer students, (approximately 8,500-10,000 students) each academic year are required to participate in the online component of Our Wisconsin. Our Wisconsin is an educational program that encourages students to contribute to an inclusive campus community and celebrate each other's backgrounds and identities. Our Wisconsin consists of an online training, follow-up online survey, and additional in-person programming centered on topics of inclusion and belonging at UW-Madison. This position reports to the Assistant Director of DEI Signature Programs and will supervise a team of student interns. Responsibilities: Advises multicultural student organizations and student leadership and affiliates, develops and executes programming, and serves on institutional committees to support multicultural students and their allies.
