The Strategic Project Lead designs, develops, and implements large multifaceted projects in support of the strategic goals of the enterprise. They set strategies and tactics which lead to the transformation of global business processes and operational tools. Essential Functions About the Role - The Strategic Project Lead responsible for leading the design and execution of specific architecture initiatives within the organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that architecture solutions are effectively implemented and aligned with business goals. The Lead will also provide mentorship to junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Education Bachelors degree in business, psychology, behavioral science, program/project management, or a quantitative discipline. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years related work experience and demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple programs simultaneously, development of program/project scope, business cases, program/project timelines, financial justification and management of program/project deliverables as scheduled. Experience in multiple disciplines. Job Conditions Some travel required Domicile Information This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preference is to be hybrid in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
