JOB SUMMARY
This position will place the upmost importance on working safely and always maintaining a safe and orderly work environment for self and other.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures

• Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility

• Will perform general housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

• Process Material/Pallet returns

• Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records.

• Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability.

• Process GRs opening and closing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, managers and other levels of personnel, in person and on the telephone.

• Pay close attention to detail.

• Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Work well under time constraint.

• SAP knowledge a plus

• Handle multiple tasks.

• Work in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle confidential information.

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Degree or GED required.

• 1-2 Years similar experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee should possess the ability to:

• Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable.

• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes inside or out.

• Prolong standing or in stationary position.

• Complete repetitive movements

• Bend and/or twist

• Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds

• Ability to move or traverse about the facilities.

• Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions.

• Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. The base pay range for this position is $19 to $21. This range is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience and skillset. Westlake is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, sign on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package (also to include a full range of medical and other benefits).
