Procurement Demand Planning Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Lead a team of procurement demand planning professionals in assessing Global Supply Chain personnel demand. Communicate with clients and collaborate with senior leadership and human resources to recruit or interview and conduct performance reviews. Develop and lead your team's operational performance with a focus on implementing a strategic vision, growing capabilities and offerings, implementing industry trends and best practices, and meeting business objectives and strategies.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in federal purchasing or subcontract management, including overseeing large and complex proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, and subcontracts administration to support U.S. government programs

  • 5+ years of experience directly managing a diverse staff

  • Experience serving as a business advisor or key functional integrator, including aligning people, processes, and systems to ensure quality support to the account and government clients

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive, business-oriented solutions to challenging problems

  • Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to support a quick paced, high-volume, diverse workload successfully

  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent customer relationship development and management skills with internal customers

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
