Location Address: 123 Main Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30346 Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America) The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with HR in handling and supporting various recruiting activities within the geographic area. Carries out responsibilities in the following functions: sourcing, screening, hiring, training, recruitment activities and branding. Talent Acquisition - Conducts recruitment efforts for exempt roles at the corporate and plant level; interviews candidates for employment; writes and advertises job openings through our ICIMs recruiting tool; Assists with key hiring projects in their region. Building Relationships & Talent Pipelines: Working with Military, Work Re-entry, Colleges, and other sources to develop pipelines. Project Owners: Responsible for developing, evaluating, leading and continuously improving talent attraction and retention programs including: employee referral, candidate experience, diversity hiring, and internal mobility. Continuous Training & Educating: - Coordinates and provides assistance to HR Specialists, Area HR Managers and Hiring Managers in regards to recruitment tools, interviewing and hiring process. Models our Company's Guiding Principles and champions our Always Made Right, Always Made Safe Culture. Qualifications: Required: Ten plus years related experience; M & A, Strategy. Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, sales, and/or customer service Minimum of 2 years' experience in project/program management Experience in post-merger integration helpful, but not required Intense curiosity about customers' needs and how to solve them in a creative and collaborative manner Work ethic that is constantly mindful of how actions and behaviors reflect our Guiding Principles; exemplifying a strong sense of purpose and positive approach.
