  • Threeormoreyearsofexperienceasaloanofficerorloanofficerassociateorcommensuratetitle,orotherexperiencethattranslatestolendingexperienceasdeterminedatthediscretionofCapitalFarmCredit.
  • Outstandingbusinessdevelopmentskillscomplimentedwithappropriatecreditknowledgeforthepurposeofgrowingportfoliowithqualityloans.
  • Exceptionalcustomerserviceskillstosupportbusinessdevelopmentinitiatives.
  • Abilitytoassessriskandproviderecommendationsonapprovalcommercialorrealestateloans.
  • Goodstandingincurrentand/orpreviousemployment.
  • Strongworkethicthatsupportsawillingnesstohandlemultipletaskswithefficiencyandaccuracy.
  • WillrequireregistrationasaMortgageLoanOfficerundertheNationalMortgageLicensingSystem.
  • Beneficialforthecandidatetohavebothrealestateandproductionagricultureknowledge.



FUNCTIONS:



  • Responsiblefordevelopingnewbusinessintheassignedofficeinadditiontoservicingexiting,commercialandrealestatecustomers.Reviewsloananalysiswithintheguidelinesandpoliciesoftheassociation,processesandapprovesloanrequestswithinthelimitsofdelegatedauthorityandinaccordancewithAssociationguidelines.Preparesandsubmitsloanrequeststhatexceeddelegatedlendingauthoritytotheappropriatemanagementlevelalongwithrecommendationforapprovalorrejection.WorkswithotherAssociationpersonnelincludingcreditanalysts'lnloansexceedingdelegatedauthority.Establishesbusinessrelationshipswithagriculturalproducers,rurallandownersandbusinessleadersinthecommunityandcultivatestheserelationshipstoexpandlendingopportunities.
  • Representstheassociationatlocalandregionalcommunityandmarketrelatedactivities.Promotestheassociationbymaintaininggoodpublicandmemberrelationsandassistswithorattendscorporatefunctions.
  • Makesandservicesleases,loansforoperatingequipmentandrealestate,andofferingotherrelatedservicessuchascashmanagementproductsandcropinsuranceswithindelegatedauthorityandinaccordancewithassociationpolicies.Makesand/orconveysdecisionsonloanapproval,structureandpricing.Responsibleforexercisingcreditriskmanagementresponsibilitiesonloanswithinareaofresponsibility.
  • Determinestheeligibilityandscopeoffinancingforallnewloansandensuresverificationofassetsandliabilities.Securesbackgroundandcredithistoryonnewloans,repeatloansandrenewals.Providesforevaluationofloancollateralinaccordancewithassociationpoliciesandprocedures.Workswithloanprocesstoensureproperlienperfectiononallcollateral.
  • Developsproficiencyinsimpletomoderatelycomplexcreditanalyses.Reviewsbalancesheets,incomestatementsandcashflowsofpotentialborrowstoascertaincreditworthiness.Workswithcreditanalystsonloansinprocessandmaintainscurrent,adequateandverifiedfinancialinformationonborrowersandguarantorsasrequiredbyAssociation.
  • Performsloanservicingtasks,whichmayincludepartialreleases,reamortizations,assumptions,additionaladvances,extensions,conversions,insuranceclaims,subordinationstomineralleasesandrightofways,divisionorders,severanceagreements.
  • Ensuresthatallassignedloansareproperlyriskrated,assignedlossgivendefaultsarecorrectandperformancestatusassignmentsareproper.
  • Complieswithpropercreditadministrationpracticesasoutlinedintheassociation'spoliciesandprocedures.
  • Assistsstaffandmanagementwithcollectionsonallloansintheportfolio.Workswithdelinquentborrowerstoobtainsatisfactoryloanperformance.
  • Assuresthatloancovenantsaremaintainedasrequired.
  • Assistswiththetitleexaminationprocessonprospectiveloanstoensurevalidityofliensonpropertypledgedascollateralorsecurityinterestonchattels.ReviewsloanclosingpackagesandfacilitatestheloanclosingprocessasrequiredinaccordancewithallapplicableassociationandFCApolicesandregulations.
