Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:

As the Indirect Procurement IT - S4 HANA Implementation Lead within the KLA Indirect Procurement team, you would be responsible for leading the end-to-end category management, sourcing, contracting, and negotiating for the IT S4 HANA implementation project that includes managing correlated Enterprise Agreements and Hardware and Software. This role requires close collaboration with the CIO, IT PMO and Global Supply Chain Services Integration team, and other key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to integrate SAP S4 HANA

  • Analyze GCP integration requirements for S4 HANA

  • Provide SME expertise in the global procurement process for S2P

  • Work with SAP and other suppliers to stay current on product roadmaps, new features and enhancements related to S4 HANA

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT category and sub-category strategies

  • Lead and manage strategic sourcing initiatives

  • Gather market and supply intelligence

  • Adept at analytics and cost modeling

  • Drive deal and contract negotiations

  • Lead key supplier management programs

  • Help drive procurement best practices across KLA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS/MBA with preferred concentration in Operations or Supply Chain Management

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in an indirect procurement environment with a focus on IT category management

  • Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in SAP/S4 HANA procurement

  • IT analytics and cost modeling utilizing internal and external benchmark information

  • Support new suppliers for IT programs and monitor supplier performance

  • Gather, analyze and present data-strong, effective analytics skillset

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Must be comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locations

  • Excellent program management and project management skills

  • Experience working with executive level staff members on operational and strategic reviews

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA Business or related field with preferred concentration in Operations or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience with implementation of ERP projects
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in an indirect procurement environment with a focus on IT procurement, SAP, and Enterprise Agreements
  • Develop and issue RF(x)s, analyzes proposals, negotiate price/delivery, lead the team through a concise, objective decision-making process
  • Negotiate complex contracts, master agreements, professional service agreements, outsourcing agreements with sophisticated Services Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Shown experience leading strategic and significant suppliers
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in developing and implementing IT category strategies, analytics, and action plans across the global footprint
