Your Role

Are you ready to make an impact? As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. You will work closely with our dedicated teams to develop effective solutions that align with CPC's strategic goals. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
  • Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments.
  • Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
  • Operate Vertical Life Module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
  • Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
  • Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist Order Kitting and Receiving as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Reading and writing skills to maintain records.
  • Ability to follow written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous warehouse related work experience.
  • Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience using Oracle.
  • Prior Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience.
  • Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
