You will collaborate with senior business leaders and key stakeholders to draft and facilitate key components of the annual business planning process. You will work closely with key business partners in Business Analysis and Insights & Analytics to draft and manage reoccurring business reporting packages and reviews, ensuring timely and insightful delivery of business reporting. You will work closely with the senior business manager to deliver other operational support, such as coordinating quarterly business reviews, business communications, business continuity planning, space planning, associate engagement activities, and more. You will also collaborate with others in Business Management, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional partners across NACG, IO, ITG, and GBS to deliver on the above. The focus of this role will be to support the Institutional Group, and based on business need, the projects and responsibilities may also span and shift as necessary across the three Sales groups.
