In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, accounting, and leadership to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to handle accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, collections, journal entries, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Partner with project managers to prepareinvoices in accordance with contract terms and provide clear financial data that supports project decisions. Coordinate with operationsto process and pay invoices per agreements, budgets, and pay-when-paid terms. Track and communicate project financial performance, comparing job-to-date costs against budgets and providing accurate forecasting to optimize resource management. Maintain a dynamic financial open items list, sharing regular updates with principals and project managers to enhance team alignment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of accounting experience Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A proactive, collaborative work ethic with a passion for continuous learning and team success.
