Description and Requirements

Day to Day Responsibilities include:

  • Manage local open market buy for service parts.
    • Consolidate parts requests from parts team to complete bidding with local vendors.
    • Review and reward results from local bidding process.
    • Manage open orders to closure and complete invoicing.
    • Data analysis to track and drive vendor performance.
  • Review system consistency between Lenovo and 3PL systems.
    • Evaluate inventory consistency reports to root case discrepancies.
    • Work with 3PL or IT to resolve failed EDI or FTP signals.
    • Ensure system inventory is accurate for planning and fulfillment team.
    • Maintain part pricing for material missing price.
  • Support part sales and operations team on order management.
    • Assess and complete requests to transfer inventory for part sales orders.
    • Review aging replenishment and rebalance orders to 3PL.
    • Action these aged orders by engaging 3PL or logistics teams to close the order.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in supply chain, business or related field .
  • Work experience 3-5 years in supply chain or service activity.
  • Must be detail oriented and comfortable with managing orders in SAP system.
  • Communicate and lead discussions with internal & external teams.
  • Intermediate skills with excel, PowerPoint and data analysis.
  • Dynamic work hours to adapt to global meetings
