About The Role

As part of the leadership team, you'll mentor, encourage and enlighten, ensuring the linkage of our HR functions with broader business strategies, and making a profound impact on the future growth of Reckitt.

Your Responsibilities

You will develop, formulate, implement, and overseetalentstrategies to enable the business and unlock further value through our talents.

You will also create, maintain, and track our organizationaltalentpipeline at the back of analytics and business acumen using the talent to value methodology to have the best talent in our company always. Your role is to deeply know our top talent well.

This role connects the global talent strategies to the markets ensuring successful global talent initiative rollouts and market inclusion.

You Will:



  • Work closely with the SVP HR of the area and that Area business Leadership Team to drive business priorities and strategy
  • Champion value creation through the right organization setup, attracting, developing and retaining the right talents now and for the future with a robust diverse pipeline
  • Guide senior leadership, unifying our talents and objectives through a shared strategic narrative determined by the Talent CoE.
  • Ignite cultural transformations that advance our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity
  • Work across the matrix to influence the Area- and global talent CoE agenda for Reckitt
  • Utilize and optimize the Talent Hub model
  • Collaborate with global HR and broader COEs to provide an exceptional employee experience
  • Cultivate engagement and navigate change, ensuring our responses are proactive and resilient in a dynamic landscape.
  • Lead by example, guiding a team of HR professionals, while advocating for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulations, maintaining Reckitt's reputation as an employer of choice.


Talent Development



  • Projectthe overall talent and capabilities' needs for the area- and functions- in line with business strategy and therefore driving the talent priorities that will build strong organizational capability now and in the future.
  • Organize and oversee individual -and team training programs (both outsourced and in-house)
  • Conduct skills gap analyses
  • Coach SMT and identified top talents for the area and functions
  • Facilitate and design career-pathing options with high-potential employees and their team leaders
  • Identify learning opportunities and inject planning of that into the wider Talent/Learning CoE to drive action plans


Talentand organization management



  • Define key capabilities required to deliver the business goals and building a workforce plan with effective action plans (linked to people plans)
  • Coordinate DEI initiatives across the geographies and functions and play a custodian role on that front on the talent agenda and craft policies that support internal, equitable and diverse promotions
  • Provide deep analytics and insights from HRs scorecards internally and bring external market and organizational insights and intelligence to shape the relevant talent actions in the build/buy/borrow/boost strategy
  • Facilitate and prepare Annual performance management calibration sessions at area level
  • Facilitate and prepare Annual talent calibration sessions at area level
  • Manage people plans across Imex and derive - and manage hotspots for Area. Be a talent broker to accelerate key talent progression
  • Build succession plans at the back of talent to value methodology (strategic value creation roles based)
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through design and monitoring changes. Ensure HR teams to optimise orgvue to lock design on the system and define each position's responsibilities
  • Develop employee retention programs



Your Experience & Skills.



  • Considerable experience leading HR functions within a complex, multinational matrix organization; HR generalist background is instrumental with a strong depth in Talent Management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience encompassing multiple geographies;
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities, comfortable engaging with all organization levels, including global leadership;
  • Skilled in project management within fast-paced environments, adept at multitasking and prioritizing;
  • Proficient in coaching, facilitating, performance management, and talent development with a knack for storytelling and data-driven insights.
  • Comfortable with setting own agenda

US salary ranges

USD$210,000.00- $280,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
