As a Concrete Forming (CFS) Rental Inventory Supervisor, you'll oversee both inventory control and production operations, ensuring our rental assets are well-maintained, operational goals are met, and our team performs at its best. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with the plants and sales teams to ensure rental assets are available, well-maintained, and ready for customer contracts.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory and receiving reports, addressing discrepancies promptly and driving solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve goals in productivity, quality, and cost control. You'll empower your team to succeed while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to optimize operations, enhance safety protocols, and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Safety First: Participate in safety committees and uphold rigorous safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for all team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate reports and records, manage department inventory, and oversee all aspects of production to ensure the highest standards of performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in manufacturing and inventory control. Supervisory experience is a plus, but we're open to motivated leaders eager to step up.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You'll need to be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have a solid understanding of inventory and production management.
  • Forklift Certification: You'll need to be forklift-certified or willing to complete the certification.
  • Positive Leadership: A proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to Learn: A basic understanding of lumber math, grades, and species is beneficial, but we're happy to train the right candidate!

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $26.00 per hour, based on experience, plus the opportunity for annual bonuses tied to company and business unit performance.
