We're seeking a Senior Employee Experience Specialist to join our People Insights & Experiences team. This remote role focuses on improving the employee experience to continue to make Diebold Nixdorf a great place to work. You will play a key role in the success of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), helping drive engagement, inclusion, and community across the organization, while ensuring these groups align with DN's mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives. You will also work closely with the People Insights team to develop action planning materials based on employee feedback, helping leaders drive data-driven strategies to continuously improve the workplace culture.

As a member of a global company, you will regularly interface with colleagues from around the world, contributing to initiatives that drive inclusivity and engagement on a global scale. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, collaborative individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of employee engagement practices, and the ability to manage complex projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
