Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4:00 PM This full-time position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. JOB SUMMARY: The Community Integration and Transport Professional will assist with transporting clients to and from Adult Day Programs on a fixed route. When not driving clients on their fixed route, the incumbent will assist staff in effectively implementing Services Plans (SPs) and program techniques through community inclusive activities.
