Citrix is developing a new learning experience that will be dynamic, predictive, & engaging, featuring best-in-class instructional design & utilizing AI to provide experiential learning that accelerates skill growth.

We aim to deliver role-based curricula to Citrix sellers, partners, and customers, equipping them with the relevant skills and knowledge needed to sell, deploy, manage and service Citrix solutions. This will enable product adoption, customer success, value realization, and increased revenue.

The Partner Learning Architect defines and manages role-based curriculums to support the development of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that contribute to business outcomes.

They continuously monitor the learning activities of Citrix Partners & GSIs and track growth against sales & technical competency frameworks, aiming to understand the relationship between learning activities, leading behaviors, and business outcomes. They provide a strategic perspective on content investment, assuming full ownership of the learning roadmap and consistently implementing solutions to help Citrix Partners realize the full value of Citrix' commercial model, & be able to sell, implement, & service Citrix solutions. The Partner Learning Architect directly oversees and approves the work of a learning production vendor and is accountable for the comprehensive learning experience of their audience in the LMS/CMS.

The Learning Architect has a deep understanding of learning design, program development, implementation & rollout of modern learning experiences. They excel with AI-embedded learning platforms, stay updated on evolving learning technologies, and keep a pulse on what is new in the sales enablement world. They have a successful track record developing programs for Channel enablement & are able to address the specific needs of Citrix' Partner community & identify ways to keep Partners continuously engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, predictive, and outcome-focused learning content to Citrix Partners.
  • Adapt Citrix sales & technical curriculums to meet Partner learning needs.
  • Use modern learning tools & AI to evaluate trends, predict & prescribe skill development needs, & create impactful training solutions.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments across the Partner community to determine learning requirements.
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training materials, continuously monitoring their impact, & refining as needed.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methodologies to measure learning effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Work with third-party vendors to design and develop curricula for effective learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with Citrix Marketing, Engineering, Sales Leaders, Sales & Marketing Operations, and business stakeholders to align content requirements, execute training plans, report on progress, and address challenges.
  • Ensure Partner managers have the knowledge and skills to drive consumption of sales enablement for the Partners they manage.
  • Establish and regularly report on learning engagement, skill growth, program outcomes, and the ROI of learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience developing enablement programs for channel & partners
  • Experienced in LMS & CMS management, vendor management, & program development.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to distil complex information, think creatively, and communicate clearly, concisely, and engagingly to a variety of audiences
  • Experience in implementation of competency frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of program evaluation and learning effectiveness, data fluency.

  • Experience using AI-embedded platforms & tools.
  • Experience engaging with and presenting to executives.
  • Experience working with training & content production vendors.
