The Certification Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing Citrix certification programs in partnership with the Technical Learning Architect. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining certification processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing support to Citrix partners & customers throughout the certification process. The Certification Specialist proactively monitors the uptake and performance of the Citrix certification program to ensure it is competitive, & that it provides administrators & solution architects with the skills needed to successfully deploy, manage, & optimize Citrix solutions, leading to value realization & product adoption. They continuously collect feedback and work with the Technical Learning Architect to implement program & offering improvements. Key Responsibilities:
