OPEN ENDED CONTRACT POSITION: DATA ENTRY CLERK ON SITE IN BROOKLYN NY MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM FULL TIME We are seeking an individual that would be generally responsible for handing inbound processing as well as assisting with the production of outbound mailing services. * Legal document processing (including claims and ballot processing), data-entry, scanning, processing and sorting return mail, update mailing address * Print and mail production Learn company's proprietary software and become knowledgeable about claims management support * Stage and process client data in various formats * Resolve or elevate issues that arise during data processing or other workflows * Some call center responsibilities may be required *MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OFFICE EXPERIENCE *MUST HAVE STRONG DATA ENTRY SKILLS Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Brooklyn,NY.
