Description: Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in the northern suburbs! Qualifications * Must have a broad knowledge of Windows, Windows based systems such as Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Security concepts, and Bomgar/RDP * Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems * Experience with Service Now ticketing system * Possess a strong customer service orientation. Skills Desktop, Windows 10, VMware Top Skills Details 1. 2+ years Desktop Support experience 2. Windows 10, 11 OS 3.
