Job Summary Responsible for identifying, researching, and establishing opportunities for cultivation of relationships and strengthening referral activities amongst employed and non-employed provider groups, primarily focusing on our areas with a large amount of out-migration. Promotes core and specialty services to the physician community with a heavy focus on increasing volumes for Prisma Health entities. Provides a direct line of communication from Prisma leadership to physicians and physician practices to promote healthcare services in our primary markets. This includes creating and implementing strategies to promote domestic utilization, and to creatively identify solutions for barriers presented by physicians. Leads the development of strong lasting relationships with physician partners, including hosting events to introduce our brand and differentiators and coordinating events to promote Prisma Health services.Essential Functions
