About the Position

Epic Special Education Staffing is looking for a Sales and Research Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and analyzing growth opportunities and new revenue streams within the industry. This role is responsible for conducting competitor analysis, pursuing Requests for Proposals (RFP's), evaluating grants and spending, expanding client relationships, and performing general business analysis to drive strategic growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain bid systems and RFP sites/databases to secure strategic opportunities and enhance the company's competitive advantage.

  • Research and analyze competitors' trends in relation to the company's operations, expenditures, and customer retention. Identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

  • Utilize data analysis and interpretation to inform company decision-making, including the development of pricing models and identification of improvement areas.

  • Build, develop, and sustain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and executives to foster business growth and opportunities.

  • Promote the unique differentiators of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and position the company to effectively pursue and win market opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to various levels within the company, including executive leadership.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Coordinate business development activities to ensure alignment with sales and revenue goals.

  • Provide actionable insights, analysis, and reporting to support the development of marketing strategies and the execution of sales initiatives.

  • Work closely with the executive leadership team to execute business development processes and achieve growth objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience prospecting, researching, and leveraging data to drive business success.

  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization.

  • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.

  • Analytically and logically evaluate information, propositions, and claims.

  • Understand, interpret, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Grasp the external political, economic, competitive, and social factors affecting the industry.

  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.

  • Engage effectively in dialogue.

Salary: $79,500 Annually

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
