Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Crewmember Experience will be responsible for facilitating and maintaining programs, policies, and systems that support the engagement of Technical Operations. The Senior Analyst will also support frontline crewmember-related projects, ensuring operational effectiveness and seamless communication between frontline crewmembers, various Tech Ops value committees/sub-committees, and Leadership. Essential Responsibilities
- Continuously analyze data pertaining to crewmembers' feedback and provide support in an attempt to improve and maintain our direct relationship
- Develops and implements crewmember support programs, policies, procedures, and practices designed to improve Tech Ops or frontline crewmember quality of life
- Assists with policy changes/additions, reviews and edits through approval and publication
- Develop strategic and tactical Tech Ops communications, including those highlighting initiatives displaying partnerships between Tech Ops Leadership and the various values committees and guideline updates
- Maintains and participates in collaborative inter/cross-departmental relationships to support continued joint work and to ensure accountability and credibility for the values committees
- Coordinates projects and effectuates proactive methods to address issues that can impact crewmember relations
- Creates and analyzes crewmember surveys pertaining to crewmember Support & Engagement initiatives (frontline, internal, post-meeting)
- Lends expertise to ensure credibility in feedback collection methods and selection of crewmembers for sponsored activities
- Researches and identifies crewmember issues and concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- Three (3) years of Airline and/or Technical Operations experience
- Experience in computer software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Communication background, written communications, and other means of communicating across small and large groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available for occasional overnight travel (30%)
- In possession of valid travel documentation with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of areas within Technical Operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, rapidly resolve issues, and recognize when escalation is necessary
- Ability to work effectively with all levels and in diverse environments
- Experience conducting analysis and building a business case for a problem/initiative
- Knowledge of the different airline disciplines and administration, including the interdependencies on Tech Ops
- Knowledge of JetBlue procedures, standard operating procedures and Federal Aviation Regulation adherence

- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
