Parts Warehouse - Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Currently, we are seeking an energetic & enthusiastic Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our Warminster, PA location. This is a full-time role seated in our Parts Department, reporting directly to our Parts Manager. Main Duties:

-Organize parts room/shipping area

-Assisting both walk-in customers and technicians

-Load/unload parts truck

-Shipping/Receiving of parts, packages, etc., to and from internal branches and other external locations

-Stocking shelves

-Distributing inter-office mail appropriately

-Inventory assistance/reporting for parts department

-Truck organization

-Lift heavy items (forks, tires, etc.)

Requirements:

-Strong customer service skills

-Professional demeanor

- Computer skills (ability to operate a computer, including Microsoft applications)

-Organizational skills a MUST

-Experience safely operating lift trucks

-Stable work history

-Dependable

-Excellent work ethic
