This position reports to the General Supervisor, Phosphoric Acid and has approximately 10 direct reports. This position is located in Aurora, North Carolina, USA and is not available for remote work. What you will do: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for guiding the safe implementation of the daily duties of the Phosphoric Acid department at Nutrien in Aurora with a focus on daily production. The Shift Supervisor plans, directs, coordinates, and implements daily activities based on the published schedule or directive. The supervisor will monitor the progress of daily activities; deal with any identified obstacles that limit the productivity of the team, conduct site visits to ensure that all assigned work is performed in a safe manner. The supervisor will work closely with the employees and ensure that the company's business targets and safety, health & environmental policies are met. Responsibilities:
