What this job involves - The Training Coordinator Support is responsible for implementing training at the direction of the Training Manager or Training Director. Including in this responsibility are support of Training Needs Analysis, assigning training, interfacing with clients to troubleshoot system issues; check on accuracy training content assigned, and vendors who supply the training. Additionally, this individual administers the tools to track the training, and responsible for metrics to show compliance or/and performance. This role includes partnering with Management and stakeholders to carry out the Training Plan.
What is the day to day? Manage client and JLL Training Assignment Portfolios-maintaining audit readiness with training data and reporting at all times. Assign and track training in two learning platforms. Run training reports, support training completion at assigned sites, and work with Training Manager to meet and exceed Training compliance metrics. Troubleshoot training issues Create and apply innovative training solutions and tools for site and program training program Network with client and JLL leadership to ensure training compliance for sites. Collaborate on the onboarding team and work with managers to ensure appropriate role training is listed in Portfolio and assigned per directives. Additional duties as required Desired experience and technical skills - Required 2+ years of experience in training coordination or a similar role Strong organizational and project management skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different time zones Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive work ethic Preferred Learning Management System (LMS) or HRIS software experience Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies |
