We are Canteen.* Job Summary Responsibilities: Assists financial department with various administrative tasks Data entry Prepare cash reports Maintain ICR operation standards Supply requested information to Controller Process A/R Vendor maintenance and payments Administrative support Other duties as assigned by the controller AP - Check Statements Preferred Qualifications: 4-year degree in accounting preferred 2+ years of accounting/finance experience Supervisory experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables Computer literacy Experience in a deadline-driven environment Ability to adjust to changing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/priorities Professional demeanor and presentation Apply to Canteen today!
